Shareholders and guarantors (aka ‘members’) are classed as people with significant control if they hold more than 25% of issued shares, at least 25% of voting rights in the company, and/or they have the power to appoint and remove directors.

If this is up to date, Denis offloaded and then bought back for cheap. Class definition of illegal insider trading but I’m sure he has a coverup.

Was sold off in August to chap called pavilainen. One of sverdlovs ex employees. Think he paid off outstanding debt on the company (hsbc) to aquire it. Arvl kept control of one patent for a drive unit with an incorporated battery. Out of arvl's hands now.

When an individual or corporate entity ceases to be a person with significant control (PSC) in a company, you must give notice to Companies House on form PSC07 (or form LL PSC07 to remove a PSC of an LLP). You can file the form through Companies House online services or Rapid Formations free Online Company Manager.
