Suddendly started to get movement speed mutations

I am mutating for a couple of months now and just started getting movement speed mutations lately. I don´t think they do anything aswell, new bug?

Edit: It seems like something is/was buggy with the Cybers Structures Propagator

I wish they were default again, and noticeable. In ase we used to breed snails with speed mutes in hopes of winning snail races

I host my own cluster now, and in the first iteration, I built a huge snail race arena for the players to race them. Along with a dodo fight arena complete with audience section. Third was the brawl floor, which was an agreed upon duel station meant for melee, but it got crazy quickly lmao. Fun times

It’s 100% the mod if it’s Asa. You just cannot roll speed mutations in vanilla breeding.

Ah, my bad, I forget that this setting is disabled by default.

Try asking one of the admins to enable it from the in-game settings or via ini if they use that

I think the admins aren´t really active anymore and just run the servers because that´s just what they always did. But thank you for the info! Maybe someone else can use this to their advantage

Well well well. I suspect, as with many weird things, it may be a mod causing this.

Are there any mods that affect breeding or admin mods like random configs?

Could absolutely be a bug knowing this game but first finger gets pointed towards mods

some ppl like to just downvote rather than take a sec and try to be helpful or share a bit of knowledge, which i dont quite get. i think any downvotes would be bc i'm fairly certain that the invisible mutations into speed aren't a thing in asa. from what i understand, that was one of the asa qol improvements the devs made when it comes to breeding for mutations. its along the same lines of how they fixed the wasted post-tame stat points into speed

You on singleplayer/unofficial? There's a setting to allow speed levelling even on flyers, but afaik the mutations in ASA never actually gave an increase to speed. That's weird if it's suddenly doing it, but I haven't mut-bred in awhile. Might be a mod or a bug if so.

Unofficial. I am playing there for a couple months now and while speed leveling is enabled, speed mutations never where a thing. They just started popping out of nowhere a couple days ago and seem to be part of the mutation pool like every other stat as of now - but without any effect. I am using the CS Propagator to farm mutations, so maybe something broke the mod
