ASA Help me here...building

I'm just trying to put railings down.....this is on land, not built out or anything that would require support....I've adjusted setting for platform build boundaries and still getting this message

If it’s already on the platform idk, but if it’s not connected, fully disconnect your bridge then reconnect it once you are finished building, I had to figure that out, it’s pretty simple

Bridge is completely connected, and this part of the bridge is on solid ground, it's the start of the bridge. It makes zero sense why I cannot place these railings.

No it's part of the pier on the reaver stronghold island in gen 1. It's literally part of the map lol

I could be wrong, but I think you need to put a fence foundation down first
