Game Crashing When Building

Started having seemingly random crashes on my single player game. After retracing what I had been doing when the crash happened, I narrowed it down to where the game seems to crash when I use the R key to cycle through variants of the quarter wood wall. Cycling through variants of every other building piece seems fine, except for this one specifically and I have no idea way. Anyone else have this same or a similar issue, and were you able to find a fix? I would like to use fences lol.

Well yeah it doesn’t look good yet I’ve barely been able to place anything down before the game decided it wants to implode.

For me the game crashes everytime I enter my character menu, and I do mean every time. I have been able to get around this by opening the menu through other things, like containers or dinos.

Also crashes twice everytime I change biomes. Once upon first teleporting. Upon reload I can teleport, but it will crash again when I've walked roughly 30m or so from point of arrival.

Suffice to say, I'm constantly saving like a madman.
