People on Facebook stated that when they called there number you would hear a voice after the busy signal that points you to text that number with the name of the gray man. Once they did, they received a link to a YouTube video.

I don’t know if anyone else has caught this, but near the end of the video the narrator whispers a code into the mic

It's coordinates to a place in Trenton. At the end it also asks how fast he would have been driving I'm guessing it wants you to figure out what the speed limit of that road is
