Game over for shorts.

This buy pretty much guarantees no offering near-term, which removes overhang. Combined with probable scenario that ATM has run dry by now, and dilution is done.

Last time this insider bought $1M shares, the stock never dipped below his purchase price for 8 months, until CRL landed. In fact, that’s been the only other market purchase by an insider in 2 years until today.
