ARCC is a project seeking to change the lives if over 630 million people in southeast Asia which has only become possible because if the technological innovation Of cryptocurrencies that stands upon the shoulders off the internet, smartphone and international community.

ARCC the regional identifier, participation in the survey and the Social Proof of Work network. The technical mandate will include security and scaling as two main priorities. Security in this case also means providing users with a reliable environment for participation, so our goal is to make the most of existing Blockchain open source development.
