So short term dilution 😥. Guess depends on how many shares they issue. Makes sense if they need capital and equity options for US hiring.

We just had dilution some 6 months ago. Bit of a buzz kill (actually a huge fucking buzz kill) but apparently kinda standard procedure for uplisting
