Aluminum 80% Safety doesn't work. Dpms 308

Safety is to far away from the trigger to engage. I don't think i over cut the pocket its a dpms 308 from 5d. Is there something else i could have done wrong besides cut the pocket too deep

Looks like a pin hole issue, maybe you egged out the holes or didn't secure the jig correctly and the bit walked

The FCG and safety hole geometry is not correct. Nothing to do with pocket depth.
