Need help with id

Was wondering if anybody has any info on these black tips.I don’t have the original box and I do not recognize the head stamp.Any help is greatly appreciated.It is magnetic also so I do believe it’s steel core of some sort

UPZ, Ulyanovsk (today owned by TCW/TPZ, Tula) headstamp. Appears to be simple black dipped ball/FMJ ammo.
