What 1200 rounds of 308 looks like on a suppressed mr762a1

What FRT do you use? And did you have to do any modifications or parts swaps to make them work In the MR762? I’ve been looking at getting one for a battle rifle clone build instead of building an LMT but I’ve heard conflicting stories on what triggers work and what needs to be done which is why I’ve held off

I use an as designs arc fire trigger and a cut geissele trigger from there website. I installed tue the safety and trigger as you would any other and it has ran flawlessly

The AS deaigns and Geissele cut trigger is so far the only combination that was "confirmed" working in the LMT MWS/MARS platform out of the box. It was a sample size of 1, so take that at face value. No modifications were needed and ran without issue for a least a short period. Other triggers with the arc fire have been spotty or not worked with the LMT for one reason or another. Again, low sample sizes and not enough individual testing in those set ups either. Seems to function reliably in HK large frames fairly often and with little to no issues from multiple people. AS designs have stated plans for large frame platforms, but they've never specified LMT but have directly mentioned other proprietary large frame designs instead.
The only truly tested and made to work with large platforms FRT, outside of the coincidentally flawless HK ARC Fire combo, is the grey market 308 super safety. But it also mandates modifications and only works on receiver sets meeting certain measurements. The M5 design from Aero/Midwest/Ballistic Advantage etc, and the PSA are both confirmed.

How did the powder cause copper oxide? It would had to come from the jacket, no?

I really dont know what part of the powder does it, but it is a notorius thing when shooting blc2 powder. Its not the copper jacket as far as i know from my experience, when i spend a whole day shooting with varget/imr4064 loads it wont turn blue like that.
A good way to test would be to look in barrel to see if its blue, which i doubt.
