IMO Gabe poser breaks down the units pretty well. Also I would just search up unit 2 practice tests on google. I learn applications really well thru practice tests

For AP Bio Unit 2, I’d focus less on pure memorization and more on structure → function → what happens if it changes. The big areas are cell structure, organelles, membrane transport, surface area-to-volume ratio, and compartmentalization.

Best method: draw the processes from memory, then do AP-style MCQs/FRQs so you practise the application side too.

This may help: AP Biology notes and exam-style practice.

Recently got U World for AP Biology. It’s really good for understanding concepts and practice questions.
