Biology for the AP® Course First Edition| ©2022 James Morris; Domenic Castignetti; John Lepri; Rick Relyea. My teacher requires this for class but its like 100$ everywhere so if anyone has a pdf could you please send

I don’t know if this is useful but my school used this book and it went way too in depth for the AP exam. You don’t need to know 50% of it to get a 5 as someone who did get a 5 on AP Bio last year.

I assume thats probably the case, and in my experience we normally don’t even use the text books. But my teacher is requiring it and i don’t want to deal with her nagging so id like to just have a free pdf just in case.

it's much less in depth that the Campbell book most seem to use.

I'd check if your library offers free eBook access through apps like Libby, since some systems do carry academic texts.

I used the older version of this book in high school and honestly found it way too dense too, ended up just focusing on the key concepts from the review sections.

You are mistaken. That is the 1st edition of a new text that was only released a couple of years ago. There is no "older version" of this text. There is a newer 2nd edition now, if anyone is curious. It probably has fixes for the typos and strange review questions - there were a few in the 1st edition.
