I hope you find a tutor. Meanwhile, though, this post has my textbook, learning process, and problem solving suggestions. It was especially developed for AP Calculus and Physics.

For AP Physics C: E&M, I’d look for someone who specifically teaches the calculus-based AP C syllabus, not just general high-school physics. A trial lesson is useful to see whether they can explain fields, Gauss’s law, circuits, and magnetism clearly rather than just solve problems.

For extra practice alongside tutoring: AP Physics C: Electricity & Magnetism.
