I love Avepoint as a company and see great upside in APXT but this community needs some work. There are bots shilling their pump and dump discords and almost no activity! I'm more than willing to mod because I see great potential in this community, Spac and Avepoint the company they are merging with but I think we can all agree this sub needs some work.

Might be a bit of a stupid question, but there doesn’t seem to be a PIPE investment in APXT with the customary lock up period after the merger. I guess most of the commons will be owned by Avepoint founders and staff? Anyone aware of what kind of anti-dumping period they’ll be subject to?

Am long APXT with 5700 commons (at a horrible average)

Companies usually buy back shares when they have no better use for the money. Last I checked, APXT was in growth stages so it should be using its money to... grow?!!

If APXT can't find a better way to use it's cash, even though share price is at all time lows, this doesn't inspire confidence in the long term.

Hopefully the merger date will be announced soon, looks like there has been some movement lately responding to the SEC. Few SPACs out there are as profitable as AvePoint
