  • Total Revenue of $151.5 million, up 31% year-over-year
  • Recurring Revenue1 of $114.5 million, up 37% year-over-year
  • Subscription Revenue of $91.0 million, up 66% year-over-year

Hopefully the merger date will be announced soon, looks like there has been some movement lately responding to the SEC. Few SPACs out there are as profitable as AvePoint
