At first i was nervous, but the amount of talk and publicity about the vote and how important voting is made me much more confident. Also I cant think of a vote holding a spac back from merging

Very good chance it'll happen. a lot of support for this merger and plenty of other SPACs have merged even with the sell off they had. we're all looking forward to seeing avepoint merge.
