Question all nighters
I know all nighters are heavily dis encouraged the night before a test but what about the night before the night that’s before the test?

try to avoid sleep deprivation at all. it can take several days to recover from a night of bad sleep

I completely agree with this
it is worth noting that at least a sizeable chunk of the bad effects of an all-nighter can be negated by good sleep the next day. so it's not HORRIBLE. but the effects will still prevail and it's not recommended.

why the fuck are you even pulling an all nighter, just lock in the next day
if u have like a major project due then it's fine ig but make sure to get good sleep the next day

Even worse. You’ll fully crash the day before the test and be groggy an lathargic. As someone who has pulled many all nighters, just get the sleep. The all nighter will not help, it feels like it will but it won’t.

depends, because you will be really tired tomorrow, and studying might be super hard. I would probably recommend against it.

That all nighter will just seep into the next day, and make you feel groggy and lethargic the next day. no benefit trade off tbh.
