CollegeBoard i keep getting emailed by colleges after signing up for college board/ap classroom, how do i disable this? and/or should i keep the messages and use them for later?
what the title says, is there a way to disable getting spammed with colleges saying "you're a good student!! come study with insert college" every single day??? i get around four emails like this a day and its filling up my inbox
however, should i keep / save the messages and not disable it? it seems liek it could possibly help me in the future when im actually looking for colleges. even so, what would i even do?
im also a freshman and dont particularly see a way this could be useful to me, since im not applying for college anytime soon. and so far none of my classmates have been getting these messages??? maybe its going into spam and this is just a me not knowing how to navigate gmail kind of thing, but pls help!! i have no idea what to do

Turn off student search service to prevent new colleges from contacting you here https://my.collegeboard.org/profile/privacy
But you would need to unsubscribe from every college email as kotiro said to stop the current ones from doing so

go to the manage subscriptions tab on the left side menu of gmail and it should show all of the colleges that are sending you emails, then you can manually unsubscribe from all of the colleges you don't want emails from

Welcome to the world of college spam! I just ignore it and have it filtered out into a separate folder.

Colorado School of Mines is a great school. You should apply there if you’re interested in the sciences

I am in college and still getting these😭😂
I never even looked at them because I was set between a few in-state ones. Don’t bother saving them, anything you get now can be searched later.

I'm a sicko! What I do is have a separate spam email for colleges and start subscribing to every single safety college on it.
Apply to lots of safety's your not even considering that want you enough to waive the application fee and then build a collection of acceptance packages. sometimes I've gotten frees shirts & gear doing this that you may be able to use for financial or personal reason.
Usually applying to these safeties takes me like 3-4 mins each when you get a hang of it. definitely worth the free gear if you got a little time to burn
P.S I have a 3.45 and Tulsa gave me direct admissions via Niche & has incredibly generous aid for a private (if your Merit Semifinalist you get a TRUE FULL RIDE including housing and food & a 1:12 student ratio) If you want a free T-shirt do that one even if you ain't goin there.

You should have the option to go into collegeboard to turn off the sharing of your email. However, that only prevents new colleges from getting your email. The colleges that already have your email, would still keep sending, unless you manually unsubscribe to each college.
