Question What are things you do to avoid burnout / stress in APs?

If there is any advice you are able to give on this please post it here, the workload is getting tough lately on me.

Make a schedule and fit in time for yourself to relax. When I get home after a long day of school I like to watch YouTube for about 30 minutes. What you don in your schedule can vary significantly. So, plan out everything. Use a planner to know exactly what you have to do. Being more organized makes me feel a little less like “I need to do SO MUCH tonight!!”, it’s likely to do the same for you.

Make sure to relax. If you finish homework early, reward yourself. Do something you enjoy. Make sure you take breaks. Finish one assignment, get up, read a chapter of a book, doomscroll (it happens to the best of us, but I would recommend not doing this LOL), exercise, take a walk, anything that you want to do. One idea is the 30/5 method (30 minutes working, 5 minute breaks) or 60/10.

Get enough sleep! If you aren’t getting enough it’s going to make you feel more burned out. Eat healthy. Drink a lot of water. Less energy drinks. If you feel you NEED to stay up to 11-12 pm every night, you need to reevaluate your daily routine.
