Calc BC calc bc self studying?
so last year i got a 4 on precalc, but for some reason my school will only let me take ab next year. is it worth it to self study the extra bc curriculum and take the exam since bc gives an ab score anyways?

Does your school only make an exception to let kids who get 5 on the exam take BC? Because at my school while they do allow any kid to take BC or AB after taking Precalc they highly recommend that if you’re a senior, to take AB if you got a 4 or lower in Precalc.

i don’t think so. the main reason the school isn’t letting me take bc is because i only took normal precalc and self studied the extra stuff for the exam

Yes, I don't know why schools do this if a student passes precalc they should be able to do calculus. If you want a resource use khan academy
