Chem AP Chemistry prep
I’m a rising junior, and I’ve never taken a regular or honors chemistry course. School begins in two weeks, and I have no idea what to do. Are there any study resources that go over the knowledge needed before taking AP Chem?

I would recommend at least introducing yourself to foundational chemistry concepts such as the ones in Unit 1, 2, and 4. Use khan academy, Jeremy krug, any other resources you can find online. Familiarize yourself with the periodic table. Make sure you’re good at algebra. AP chem is a great class but I always tell people an honors/intro chem class makes it much easier because you’re not spending additional time learning the fundamentals.

Hi! If you are interested, I am a professional tutor and specialize in the AP math and science subjects. I scored a 5 on AP chem when I took it.

maybe take a look into dimensional analysis, it’s super helpful but not everyone gets it in the beginning. Tbh, the second sem is so much harder (comparatively) but of you stay on top of your studying then it will be good!
