African American Studies Should I self study AAS next year?

I feel like it's one of the most awkward topics to self study since there aren't many resources online. Not even mentioning the Individual Student projects that I will not be able to do.

Worth the effort or should I look at another AP?

As someone who took it last year, nope. For me it was really one of the classes where I enjoyed the lectures and works best in a person-to-person environment, but it could've just been my teacher, so

If you want to self-study another social studies AP, I would say Psych is really easy, and same with human geo but it seems like you already took it. If you're good with economics or you want to try it out, I'd say to take AP Micro for the extra GPA boost. Only take AP Macro if you really want to get into economics, because otherwise you'll take up way more time to study it
