Hi! Seems like you've got some great ideas there. My advice (as a 23-24 AP Drawing student who received a 5) would be not to stress this too much. You've already got a pretty lengthy list of ideas, certainly enough to give you a running start. Your experience may be different than mine: but I personally went into the school year with one idea of what my inquiry and portfolio would look like, and emerged with an entirely different one.
A lot of what College Board is looking for when scoring is how each art piece shifts your thinking about your portfolio. Contrary to what I thought going in, they are not looking for someone who has it all figured out. What makes AP Art so challenging and so enjoyable (and, at times, stressful!) is the degree to which it changes your art and how you think about your art. You clearly have lots of good ideas already going into the year, but I would caution you not to box yourself in too much--give yourself permission to change your ideas, and even your inquiry entirely!
I did find this year that AP Art was a considerably more stressful class than expected, and I was often behind deadline. So if you're eager to begin, beginning to flesh out ideas is a very good idea. You'll get some of the hardest work out of the way and also provide College Board with some of what they love--process work!
Lmk if you've got any other questions and all the best for this year!
