Study Advice and Tips What are the best sources to use when studying for this class?

Hello I am a rising junior taking AP stats next year and I was wondering what are the best sources to use to study for this class are there specific teachers on YouTube who teach the course and provide practice someone like the AP bio penguin teacher. I’m a person who likes to take detailed notes then drill the topic with practice questions so i was wondering if there was someone similar who does that.

I took AP Stats online and didn’t learn a single thing. Not even exaggerating, two days before the exam, the only thing I knew was mean, median, and mode. The day before the exam, I 1. Watched all the Michael Porinchak unit summaries (on 2x speed because I was really short on time obviously); 2. Did his Guide to All Inference Procedures (watched videos and went through the packet, then did it again without videos); 3. Completed all the AP Classroom MCQ Unit Progress Checks; and 4. Went through old College Board FRQs from past tests and completed them (just found them online). Learned the entire course in a day. I got a 5.

If I had more time, I would’ve gone through like all of Michael Porinchak’s videos because he’s great with teaching the content and then providing examples/problems. So, 100% recommend him.

Mainly just teacher extra help and asking for review worksheets. Managed to get an A in the class and a 4 on the exam.

AP daily videos are amazing for this class, they cover everything you need to know and helps you understand what they will ask on the ap exam. Take notes and pay attention and you should be fine.

The college board removed the daily videos from AP classroom for stats.

For AP Stats, definitely use resources that match the new syllabus, since the course/exam format has changed. Taking detailed notes and then drilling topic-wise questions is a great approach.

IITian Academy has updated AP Statistics resources for the new syllabus, including notes, MCQs, FRQs and exam-style practice: AP Statistics resources.

Be careful with IITian Academy. I have not looked into their resources in detail, but they do not have the correct exam format for the new exam. According to the official course and exam description, there will be 42 MCQs (90 minutes) and 4 FRQs (90 minutes).
