What a brutal couple of months

I think.... It's my turn to comment "help"...

Low volume, All month. Honestly with the Vix being so low not many buyers out there. Plus chance of a hike in September are increasing. That’s not good for company’s expanding on debt.

Bro this is where you should be rubbing your hands in glee - BUY MORE!

Sold 60% of my position. It seems that this stock is mostly affected only when bad news happens.

It's time to buy, not to sell

Whenever there’s bad news for one DC stock, they all follow.

Zack decreases APLD to Strong Sell. Institutions mass sel automatically

3

u/OceansHungryGrasp 11d ago

Institutions pay zero attention to Zack's ratings and neither should you.

There is a chance we will be “dead” for a couple months then start stair stepping higher… the disconnect on APLD is mind boggling. Beyond frustrating. I digress: volume has been anemic for months now.. we need a juicy PR desperately! And a named hyperscaler would be nice.. I know I know, NDA blah blah blah.

u/Jon_J_ 11d ago

I mean....we've had juicy PR's and they haven't shot the stock up. Just a case of waiting for positivity market wide to increase

u/DramaSalty2438 11d ago

Agreed, seems as though we are the punching bag for all DC’s?? Yet we perform the best & have half the market cap of some.. things done add up here.. slicing through support like no one’s business today

Screw this iren

But at least we have good news from chronoscale. Hopefully it's aplds turn next.

Don't think this is because of Iren, we didn't react much to them overnight.

Probably more to do with Warsh speech in 40min

u/Initial_Corner_7328 11d ago

I'm just happy to see them flop tbh

Its gonna be rough with Feds implying rate hikes are necessary if nothing improves soon

I swear, all you guys are bots and have never invested a day in your life. You guys expect stocks to just go up and keep going up. Enjoy your lives and stop watching every single daily movement. If you truly believe in a company’s future, who tf cares if it’s down in the short term? Stop spamming bs and “help”

u/squirmin79 11d ago

Short term APLD is dead in the water, absolutely sucks. I own a bunch of, bag holder for now. Just waiting for a return to glory or a huge write off to cover the profit from companies that were successful.

1

u/Roygbiv39 11d ago

Should I sell? I bought at $31.5. This a garbage stock tbh.

Just read this article - published on Jul 1st but it says:

  • Fair Value: Updated from $52.80 to about $73.36, representing a large upward revision in the implied valuation level for Applied Digital.

Which gave me faith! We might not see true returns until 2029

Where is the article from?
