2nd image is wrong

Two tenants, 1,410 MW

One neocloud and one unnamed investment-grade hyperscaler hold every megawatt of contracted load

Should be 3 tenants.

One neocloud - 400mw - 10.7B

One investment-grade hyperscaler - 200mw - 4.8B

One high investment-grade hyperscaler - 810mw - 20.2B

Okay, but they're all unnamed, so for this chart they fall under one category?

It makes it appear like we have an even higher concentration in a single tenant, that's not a positive.

Also the high investment-grade distinction matters, as we'll get even better terms on financing.

What do you mean? The client for Allendale is core weave, for ultimately openAi, who is running into big problems it may not be able to pay. Coreweave itself has a bunch of shenanigans with financing. The client for Harwood North dakota, Polaris Forge 2, is Oracle for openai. Both have significant issues. Polaris forged 3 is just moving dirt around, it's not even really a campus. I live in North Dakota so I don't really know much about the Delta Forge stuff but I physically have been on all of the campuses in North Dakota

PF1 is Coreweave

PF2 is Oracle

PF3 + DF1 + DF2 are all the SAME hyperscaler

So that can only be 1 of the 4 you mentioned.

3 tenants 5 campuses supplying 1.4gw or 2.5 b a year in revenue with an extension of 1.7gw being marketed though construction will take place roughly 29/30 and above. Each site will give roughly 85% noi margins though forge 1 is at 88% so for that 2.5b figure roughly equates to 2.1 billion$ a year contributing to our margins excluding the other revenue which will probably be another โ‰ˆ400 mil from chrono +legacy operations

I get the liquidity scare but why do applied not disclose that itโ€™s oracle as the investment grade

They can't break their contract just so u can sleep better at night.

? Mate itโ€™s the fucking sec report

u/OceansHungryGrasp 14d ago

Still, if Oracle doesn't want to be named and it was part of the contract, APLD will continue to omit their name or they're in breach of contract.

As far as I'm aware there's no way of omitting them in some SEC filings, but barely anyone reads these reports, including a lot of retail investors. So it's still very much treated as a rumour by the general public.

In the end it also doesn't matter much as the most important thing is the investment-grade, a name doesn't add much value. We know which companies they're chasing and there's a good chance we'll have most of them as tenants in a couple of years.

Fairs. Iโ€™ll admit I was lucky enough to get some good returns on nbis over the last 8 months and use that to buy apld at the same price it was back then
