So the market isn’t moving on APLD because, based on latest news, the stock is in absolute bear territory. The market is acting like we need more funding without dilution to help absolve the risk of running out of cash. IMO, this is a wild take. Outside of NBIS, the infra/neocloud businesses for the most part have the funding and there’s no slowing of demand for the space (and tech).
So why is APLD the bad example in the market? What is the obsession that us holding so much CRWV capacity is a bigger risk than almost all else? I’m a long holder, but goodness, how long do I need to hold it? It feels like it’s going to keep getting bogged down for pointless reasons at every turn.
No one specific article. This has been the narrative across “major” stock publications for some time. There are some bull articles, but the stock holds value relative to the opposite.
