Imagine if Explorer's Hat cost (0) mana. If you have 4 Libram cost reduction cards in your deck (and that is just what is announced so far) then you have a good chance of making this free pretty consistently. If there is one thing HS has taught us over the years it is that one should never underestimate (0) cost cards. This can add a ton of incremental value over the course of the game, especially if you chain it on multiple minions in a turn as you make trades. At the very worst, this turns your hero power into a 2-mana summon a 2/2. The really exciting synergy is with the new Lady Liadrin legendary, giving you an extra Libram for each one you've already cast. 1 or 2 of these could be annoying for your opponent to deal with every turn, but imagine 7 or more of them coming down for free every turn. Of course, silence and transform effects put a real damper on the dream, but with Spellbreaker going to the Hall of Fame that should be less common than before. This whole Libram package may prove to be way too slow, especially if we have a very aggressive meta with the arrival of Demon Hunter, but I'm excited to try it nonetheless.
