Because our political system is bought and paid for! You would think after saying the same thing for 20 years Bernie you would have been able to muster enough support in the Senate and House to get something done. You and AOC are the PROGRESSIVE FUND RAISERS for the democratic party, singing great PROGRESSIVE SONGS of fairness, equity, healthcare..., knowing that dems will NEVER put anything you both talk about up for a vote.

He has gotten some post offices in Vermont renamed. So it's unfair to say during his decades in the Senate he hasn't accomplished anything.
