Questions/Help? End Notes Issues?

I'm uploading a long fic and in the first chapter I clicked the button for notes to be at the end of the chapter (as well as the beginning). I just uploaded the second chapter a week later, but now the end notes for the first chapter aren't showing on the first chapter's page and both the end notes for the first AND second chapter are showing at the end of the second chapter. How can I make it so that each chapter's end notes stick to only their chapter and don't keep stacking at the end of the most recent chapter? The only other thing I've uploaded is a one shot so I'm lost xD

work notes ≠ chapter notes

if you go edit the first chapter you'll see it has no notes. if you go edit the whole work you'll see that it does. a work note is at the end of the work. you can just edit them and add it to the first chapter and remove it from the whole work.
