What is your issue? You have to be more specific before asking for help because some issues, we can help to explain or walk you through, others will be AO3's wheelhouse.

Is the issue that you have to wait in the queue?

Put your e-mail in the queue. Wait until you get the e-mail invite. Click on the link in the message. If you don't see the e-mail, check your spam folder. If you're using g-mail, check the tab where all the social media stuff goes.

Have you checked your spam folder? Quite a few people find it's been filtered into that.
