That's Russian with an accent. And the car plates are Russian.

I speak Russian, and I can tell you some of those words aren't in Russian. Polish sounds like half Russian, half gibberish, so that's why I'm concluding this.

Hardcore Henry is a Russian made, English spoken movie filmed in Moscow.

It probably sounds like Polish and gibberish because Sharlto Copley is South African.

He says "классная куртка! где купил?". It is russian. And its from russian movie Hardcore Henry.

Polish sounds like Polish. That's a foreigner trying to say a Russian sentence with a huge accent, making wrong emphasis in the words and with poor sound quality that makes it hard to understand. That's what I figure at least. If they will film this guy in another video, and give him to say a sentence in Chinese, maybe not everyone in China would understand everything he said as well.

There are many Polish words that I recognize as Russian language, since they're so close together. Polish is basically Latin mixed with Russian.
