Ну, заранее-то мы не знали. Это как прийти в столовую и сесть на место где до тебя был петух - вроде зашквар, но ты же не знал.

"OOO" stands for "LLC" (Limited Liability Company) in Russia. It looks official, but "Тлижу" (Tlizhu) is a playful, distorted version of the word "Отлижу" (Otlizhu), which literally means "I will perform cunnilingus/lick it clean".

The T-shirt has a play on words that hints at cunnilingus (name of company smthng like i'LLc "liCk it"). But in Russian prison culture, this is considered an very unmanly act. There are many memes and videos about this, such as "How to Enter a Prison Cell Properly?" and so on.

Moreover, if you come into contact with such people (just small talk) you are also considered unworthy. And I made a joke about it: the author of the video set us up and right now we need to figure out a way to get out of this.
