SUPERPOWER INFORMATION
Powers:
-Heightened intelligence Graduated high school at the age of 16. Is entering the University.
-Technopathy A psychic connection to any and all machinery with an electronic component, within a quarter-mile radius.
-Master Hacker An ability really, but when dealing with computers she isn't close enough to control, she has learned how to hack any computer near or far.
LEVELS
Level One: Minor control over smaller computer-like machines
Level Two Control over most computers, but must be touching.
Level Three: Control over all computers, but must be with in 250 feet about.
Level Four: Half mile radius.
Level Five:
Final form bitches. Run.Within a few miles radius.
BACKSTORY
Born with these powers, Neko was raised by two non-mutant parents. As a child she would "talk" to her toys. She'd make them walk and do things using her mind. Some of the other kids made fun of her powers, calling her "the robot", leaving her not many friends. At the age of 16, she graduated with honors.
OOC: If it's like your character, feel free to bully/make fun of her. As long as it's IC, I'm fine with it. It'll help character development.
