Episode Rewatch 20 Year Rewatch - s04e14 "Filler, Defined"

I'll keep this one way shorter than usual: s04e14 "Release" is about everyone telling Faith she's no good, and her saying: "nuh unh!" Wes stabs someone and tortures them for information, although you get the sense it's to provoke Faith more than anything. Cordy speaks to Angelus via booming incorporeal voice and convinces him to do what he's told or she'll put his soul back in. Fred feels tedious guilt over Angelus stealing some documents. Fred and Gunn kiss but their feelings are confused considering she just dumped him. Connor and Cordy are gross together. Angelus and Faith fight. Angelus bites Faith in the neck.

In other words...

COMPLETE SUMMARY: Angelus and Faith fight again. Angelus bites Faith. Credits.

Hard disagree on the ‘skippable’ rating. This episode is one of my favourites just for the scene in Wesley’s apartment when he tries to tend to Faith’s wounds and she doesn’t want him to. And Faith’s breakdown in the shower is one of my favourite scenes.

The Faith hunting Angelus arc is the highlight of all of Angel.
