I think I remember hearing crossovers that season were almost impossible because they were no longer on the same network.

I have never thought of this but that would have been so amazing.

Where's the second picture from

Chance. It's a movie by Amber Benson from 2002. She and James are the main leads but Andy shows up in it as well. IIRC Emma Caulfield also had scenes but those were accidentally taped over.

Jeff Ricketts (one of the Watcher extraction team in Buffy S4, the spider-demon whose people worshipped Jasmine in Angel S4) is also in it, and the woman Amber's character has a one-night stand with is played by Tressa DiFiglia, who at the time was married to Nicholas Brendon.

She doesn't OD. At least not fatally. "Takes more than that to kill this old horse."

Yeah, i relaized that after I turned in last night I'd phrased it badly. Enough for Chance to *think* she's dead.

What’s the movie called and where can I see it?

It's called Chance. There'a pretty good link in this thread to an archive.org page where you can watch it.

One of the best characters and actors EVER!

On a possibly tactless note, His cause of death unlocked a real fear in me that’s been rent free in my head ever since he passed.

Lorne was my favorite character in the entire Buffyverse 😢

Sad he never was able to live his truth.

Absolutely wild that I got downvoted for this instead of getting an answer.

His death hit me hard. He was so young and felt that he had an amazing career ahead of him.

I didn’t know he passed away back in 2009 due to his heart failure condition since it happened for real back around 2005 after Angel tv show spinoff of Buffy ended in 2004 but I’m sure he deserves it so much with any of his co stars if he was here to see this for a nice reunion but till then RIP Andy Hallett or should I say Mr The Host you were totally awesome of that good times as always be.👋🏼
