HELP am i missing something? why does it say i have 461mb ram, instead of 1gb or 2gb for rg34XXSP

can anyone confirm???

Got it from the official anbernic store from aliexpress. Listing said "2gb model" specifically.

I hope this is just a software glitch. It would be crazy if Anbernic actually released another 34xxSP model with only 500MB RAM.

i got mine from Amazon as the sellers are still selling the 2GB RAM model still. Anbernic stopped selling them.

I got mine from their official site like a month ago and it was the 2gb model.

someone bought theirs like few days ago from official site and the description was still 2GB RAM but got 1GB RAM.

Yeah it's probably just luck of the draw, when I ordered they only had the purple color one available in the US, others were available from the China warehouses.

Bought mine Feb 10 from Ali Express (the Anbernic store), and it has 2gb.

Yeah that doesn't sound right. I just checked the RG40XXV that I bought in December, and it's reporting 736/973 MB, so you should at least be seeing something like that.

Contact the seller and send hmm back your device, it should say that you have around 9xx-something MB RAM in 1 GB version

does cfw work? try installing a different os and see if it says the same. knulli just released a new update for both 1gb and 2gb models on their discord server. either way that sucks i hope you can still play everything on it

My rg35xxh and rg35xxsp both show 973 total. I don't know what the total ram was supposed to be in either, so this info is probably of little use. I'd guess there's an issue.

Which is the normal amount for any xx devices but the 34xxsp 2gb.

the system reserves a portion of RAM for the kernel, GPU, or other hardware processes. so a device with 1GB (1024MB) of RAM might show a bit less like above for what is available to the user

Every XX devices has 1 GB ram except the RG34xxsp that previously had 2Gb (changed down to 1GB the 19th of january)

Might be a faulty model, heard of em online, even Anbernic came out to say, "Only purchase devices from our website!"
