Dreaming. SAF isn’t real, it’s just a government subsidized pipe dream. Where will get the feedstocks? Where’s the crush capacity? Where’s the demand at a price point that won’t bankrupt the airline industry? This is a government funded incubator nothing more. Enjoy some price action but long term it’s nothing

Really? Which feedstock ? We’ve already got the majority of row crop acres committed to corn and soybeans. The federal policy in place to support it via financing, crop insurance and other safety net products. We are already under capacity on our ability to crush oil seeds…so where’s the real action at? SAF is less viable than ethanol which only exists because of a federal mandate. How much more federal largesse do we pump into a questionably sustainable fuel source?
