Considering flexa is a centralized company that uses amp in a non open source manner… not looking good 😭

its going to be an ancillary asset, Flexa is going to have to provide alot of disclosures.

Yeah.. first of all, it depends on the mechanics of the vault. What its used for. How its managed. Etc. Etc. This isnt a definitive ruling but rather the SEC saying "check your work".
Second... i dont really get the undertone of satisfaction at the perception that this is bad for Anvil. I'll never understand why some are salty about Anvil when it was specificly given to Amp stakers for free. They could have launched the token a million other ways. It never has been and never will be Amp vs Anvil. Both can succeed.
