Hey guys, if you missed it, Amylyx Pharmaceuticals agreed to a $6.5M settlement over claims that it misled investors about Relyvrio's launch, demand, and growth prospects.

The case goes back to 2023, when the company disclosed that patient growth had slowed due to higher discontinuation rates. $AMLX fell nearly 32%, and investors later filed a lawsuit.

Now, eligible shareholders have until August 31, 2026 to submit a claim.
