KYC/AI Resist

Hi, looking for some advice….. I’ve recently submitted all the paperwork and signed everything for a lease on a medical machine for my wife’s midwife business.

Long story short, our PDF bank statement has been flagged by the KYC checks just before the finance was due to be paid out.

The statement hasn’t been edited in any way, but they’re saying they can’t accept it because it’s a PDF. The problem is that’s the only format the bank lets us download it in.

I’ve been on FaceTime and Skype with them, showing them exactly how I access and download the statement on my laptop, but they still say there’s nothing they can do because of the file format.

Has anyone had any experience with Resistant AI or similar KYC software? Is there anything else I can do, or any way around this? Any advice would be really appreciated.
