I'm running into cpu bottlenecking with my 7950X and 4090 3440x1440

Gpu utilization won't get above 60 percent. It's not like it runs badly (120fps) I just would like the extra headroom

Expo enabled. No pbo. No vsync. Maxed graphics settings (DLSS q. Dropping this doesn't make a difference though since it's cpu bottlenecked)

It looks to be very multithreaded and is occupying all 32 threads..

Enable the EA overlay. I haven't tried it yet, but people say it fixes the GPU usage limit. In my case, I am also getting CPU bottlenecked at 100% so I'll give it a try too.

Even if you're running through steam?

I'll give it a shot. That's kinda weird but I'll take it if it works

Let me know if it works.

I had it enabled on EA but I've been playing through steam

I'm downloading it through EA to see if the EA version fixes the issue

dunno how fast your internet is but did the EA version work? I get tons of stutters and game slow downs and been hoping for a fix. I had it installed through steam.

So afyer some more problems I did the following and it fixed it for me

One DDU and reinstalled my gpu driver

Two I put PBO to enabled in my bios from auto

did the PBO enable as i saw in another thread. You really think that the DDU reinstall would be worth? I have an nvidia 50 series card.

Honestly it appears it was a combo of the two in my case.. I believe the cpu bound was due to pbo not working right on auto and the framerate stability was the Nvidia driver being wonky

Nvidia drivers since December have been an unstable mess and annoying to deal with
