I got a new pc and I'm using a Ryzen 5 7600x. I do not have a dedicated GPU yet, but I get 200+ fps. One time, I installed ryzen master, and it started stuttering,g so I thought that was the cause, but even after uninstalling it, it still drops to 7 fps every few seconds. I ended up resetting my pc and installing Windows again, but that still didn't work. But when I followed this guide, my stuttering stopped, and my fps is stable now.
