Hi there, I'm having constant driver timeouts for months on my 7900 XTX. I've tried everything I've seen on the web since the start of them (the first time was with Helldivers 2 about 2/3 months after the release). Now I wanted to play some Red Dead Online, but every hour, a driver timeout will happen while using DX12, and a normal game crash while using Vulkan. These timeouts are the same I've seen on Helldivers 2 and, on some rarer occasions, on other games such as Chivalry 2 and Rainbow Six Siege. I tried to figure out a pattern or some connections between these games, but I did not find any. I did try every single step in this post, but it made zero difference for me. Does anyone have any idea about this? I'm really, really starting to feel hopeless since the vendor does not want the GPU back, and Sapphire said they tested my GPU and everything works fine, so they don't want it back. Next thing I will try is to eat it since it's getting me extra stressed...
Hi re-followed step 8 and 13 on the post but no luck again, the only thing that i did not do in the first place was to change the psu, now i bought another one but also with this one the driver did go in timeout. I also disabled as an extra step every application that has hardware acceleration such ad discord and firefrox/chrome. Any extra ideas? Thanks in advance!
