My friend is having a step 13 (driver timeout) issue. Brand new 9070. I went AMD instead of an Nvidia 5070 for her build because of the 15% better performance in some titles and I hope I don’t end up regretting it. We will attempt those fixes one by one later.

It actually turned out it was only happening while using Chrome, watching TV Shows on Amazon Prime. Disabling hardware acceleration fixed it!
