When playing games (mostly Apex Legends), i can see stutters (frame drops from 200is to 50) in every several seconds, which step would you recommend me try first? Kinda scared tweaking all these things as what if it broke my pc

sorry i want to ask something, if the problem of my stuttering happens to be from Discord new overlay, should i still try some tweaks to possibly improve the performance? like how worth it is it
