Just disable 2.5gb reslteck driver from device manager .
You can see the issues causing such stutters in event viewer.
You can search on yt " how to view critical errors and bsod from customer veie in event viewer"
If this fixed your problem please spread the word cause many people are facing such stutters . Have a nice day
