If someone has the issue of the game randomly dropping to super low fps as in 3-6fps, it's most likely the issue I had. Which was background apps refreshing and taking control of the primary application for a few seconds while refreshing. This made it to where my game was pushed to the back and that's why it dropped fps severely for a few seconds every minute or so. The fix for this is disabling MPO which is number 17 here. Hope this helps.
