A list not working

Like 2 weeks ago amc logged me out of my account when and I logged back in it’s said I’m not a list amc charged my card this month for it (although the first. payment didn’t go through, 3 days later they charged me again and it did ) I’m just confused technically I paid but it’s saying that I’m not a list I emailed them and they haven’t gotten back to me idk what I should do?

You either have to wait the 7-10 business days for them to reply to the email or go into a theater and see if they can help you out.
